hirify.global is developing and operating uranium enrichment facilities in the United States to restore domestic nuclear fuel production.

What you will do

• Build and maintain fully logic-driven Critical Path Method schedules in Oracle Primavera P6.
• Perform critical-path analysis, forecasting, schedule risk assessments, and what-if scenarios, reporting recommendations to leadership.
• Integrate design, procurement, manufacturing, construction, regulatory, licensing, and permitting milestones into the integrated schedule.
• Own the Basis of Schedule, scheduling standards, enterprise project structures, templates, activity coding, and duration benchmarks.
• Review site-level schedules, validate progress and contractor performance during site visits, and track schedule performance with project controls and finance teams.
• Provide schedule input for planning, contract negotiations, and leadership reporting while coordinating across functions and trades.

Requirements

• 12+ years of planning and scheduling experience on large-scale EPC or industrial capital projects.
• Deep hands-on expertise building fully logic-driven CPM schedules from scratch, including WBS setup, calendars, activity coding, resource loading, and leveling.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of construction means and methods across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
• Ability to lead cross-functional planning and progress meetings, direct scheduling resources, and communicate complex schedule data clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-paced engineering or highly technical environments.
• Experience integrating regulatory, licensing, and permitting milestones into project schedules.
• Background in nuclear, power, data-center, high-tech, or other mission-critical infrastructure megaprojects.
• Familiarity with Aconex, Oracle Unifier, Bluebeam, CAD, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• PMP or PSP certification.
