Infrastructure & Capital Projects - Senior Scheduler, ANS (Data Center)

Location: Hybrid in El Paso, Dallas, or Austin, Texas; some in-person collaboration is required.

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and implement project planning and scheduling controls strategies for business partners and contractors.
• Prepare schedules for estimating, benchmarking, interface planning, and future project phases.
• Manage WBS/CBS structures with the Cost Engineer and maintain detailed and summary schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
• Integrate schedule risk analysis and mitigation plans into risk and change management processes.
• Establish progress measurement and reporting systems, including clear roll-up structures.
• Prepare schedule reports, present project updates to stakeholders, and support project closeout planning.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in project controls and time or schedule management.
• Experience supporting design and construction project management for medium-to-large capital programs.
• Strong knowledge of critical path method scheduling, schedule health analysis, and schedule risk identification.
• Ability to analyze EPC plans and schedules, identify trends, and communicate mitigation strategies clearly.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and operate effectively in a fast-paced project environment.

Nice to have

• Data center design and construction delivery experience.
• Expert-level experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, or Acumen Suite.
• Schedule risk analysis experience and familiarity with related planning tools.
• Experience with executive reporting, recovery planning, or schedule governance in complex capital programs.
• Organized and detail-oriented approach.
