IT and Facilities Support Specialist

Location: Must be a US person and willing to work from the office in Tukwila, Washington

Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000

What you will do

• Configure and manage hardware and software tools to support company growth.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across the organization.
• Build out and maintain network and IT infrastructure.
• Ensure IT systems consistently support employees and company objectives.
• Manage facilities-related tasks as required.

Requirements

• Must be a US person (citizen, permanent resident, or asylee/refugee) due to ITAR regulations.
• Willing to work onsite at the office in Tukwila, Washington.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience configuring and managing IT systems and networking infrastructure.
• Comfort working within Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with US Government export control regimes (ITAR) and cybersecurity requirements (CMMC).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
