Data Center Hardware Technician (AI)

What you will do

• Manage the lab floor, including rack-and-stack execution, structured cabling, and hardware installs.
• Receive, inventory, and document all equipment, ensuring physical records match system data.
• Provide smart-hands support for remote engineering teams, including diagnosis, component swaps, and console access.
• Support liquid cooling operations, including manifold connections and leak inspections.
• Act as the first point of contact for facility-floor issues and escort vendors during on-site visits.

Requirements

• Must be based in Glendale, AZ (On-site role).
• Experience supporting server and network hardware in a live data center or hardware lab.
• Deep troubleshooting skills for server hardware (POST, BIOS, PXE, IPMI, BMC).
• Strong knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, Ethernet) and physical-layer hardware.
• Comfortable working in Linux for hands-on diagnosis and recovery.
• Ability to handle confidential, unreleased hardware with strict documentation habits.
