Certification Program Manager

Location: Remote - California; work format: Hybrid

Base salary: $170K–$200K per year

hirify.global is building an external certification program that helps partners, customers, and field audiences demonstrate readiness on hirify.global solutions.

What you will do

• Build certification paths, learning objectives, assessment criteria, completion requirements, and credentialing standards.
• Design knowledge checks, practical exercises, assessments, and certification rubrics that measure application rather than recall.
• Translate technical explainers, field-ready guides, product knowledge, and go-to-market priorities into structured learning experiences.
• Work with Enablement, Product, Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, Partner, and GTM stakeholders to define and validate readiness requirements.
• Coordinate certification launches, communications, tracking, and stakeholder readiness.
• Use LMS, enablement platform, and program data to track participation, completion, pass rates, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience building or managing certification, credentialing, learning, enablement, partner education, customer education, or technical training programs.
• Ability to structure learning paths, define readiness outcomes, and design assessments that measure practical application.
• Clear writing and content development skills, including the ability to organize complex inputs into usable certification materials.
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to validate accuracy and maintain progress.
• Understanding of how partners, customers, field teams, and managers use certification and training in real business contexts.
• Strong program management skills covering timelines, dependencies, governance, reporting, and ongoing maintenance.
