Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Fully in-office in New York City, United States

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 base salary plus equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise customer deployments, including design partnerships and strategic accounts.
• Define scope, sequence dependencies, manage risks, and coordinate milestones across parallel workstreams.
• Translate customer requirements and feedback into structured program plans and delivery roadmaps.
• Lead internal cross-functional programs covering model lifecycle management, security and compliance buildouts, and external certifications.
• Coordinate with APM, Engineering, Product, Research, Security, Legal, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Improve operational processes and internal functional excellence to support company growth.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience as a technical program manager or in product or engineering operations.
• Direct ownership of complex enterprise deployments or large-scale internal cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing ambiguous, high-stakes implementations or feature builds with evolving requirements.
• Ability to drive programs without direct authority, align stakeholders, and maintain accountability.
• Structured approach to defining scope, sequencing dependencies, surfacing blockers, and managing concurrent workstreams.
• Technical fluency for credible collaboration with engineering teams and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience shipping products with LLMs or conversational AI.
• Experience moving programs through legal, security, engineering, and customer approval gates.
