What you will do

• Drive operational excellence for complex customer implementations, managing scope, sequencing, and risk.
• Translate customer requirements into structured program plans and track execution against committed timelines.
• Lead internal cross-functional programs including security, compliance, and external certifications.
• Coordinate between APM, Engineering, Product, Research, and Legal to resolve blockers.
• Improve operational strategies to scale hirify.global's internal functional excellence as the company grows.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in product/engineering operations.
• Experience owning complex enterprise deployments or large-scale internal initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive outcomes and align teams without direct authority.
• High technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and pressure-test tradeoffs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LLMs or conversational AI.
• Track record of moving programs through legal, security, and customer approval gates.
