Technical Direction Letter Manager

Location: Remote within the United States; Secret clearance required to start

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage the execution of assigned Technical Direction Letters.
• Coordinate work across engineering and delivery teams.
• Facilitate planning, dependency management, issue resolution, and incremental delivery of modernization capabilities.
• Establish processes, methodologies, and standard operating procedures.
• Analyze and document program requirements, mission scope, resource availability, and stakeholder needs.
• Assess developing frameworks and strategies to optimize workflow and production processes.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required before starting.
• Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years of experience, or equivalent relevant experience.
• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), PMP, or PMI-ACP certification.
• Experience coordinating engineering and delivery teams and managing dependencies.
• Experience with program requirements, process documentation, performance tracking, and modernization delivery.
