What you will do
- Build and optimize talent development systems, standards, processes, and talent supply chains aligned with business strategy.
- Analyze talent structures and plan development initiatives, talent profiles, career paths, training programs, and key talent reserves.
- Design and implement talent development activities and training programs, coordinating internal and external resources.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and improve training quality to support employee career development and organizational capability.
- Develop talent evaluation systems and assessment tools for talent inventories, promotions, competitions, and assessment centers.
- Provide professional support to business departments and HRBPs to standardize and embed talent management practices.
Requirements
- Experience designing and implementing talent development systems and programs.
- Experience with talent planning, succession or talent pipeline development, and career path frameworks.
- Experience developing talent assessment tools and managing talent inventory or promotion assessment projects.
- Ability to analyze business and talent needs and translate them into development initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate with business departments, HRBPs, and internal or external learning resources.
