Senior Specialist, People Partner (HR)

What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end People & Culture operational activities across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage HRIS transactions, documentation, employee data, and compliance processes.
• Guide employees and managers on policies, workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and case management.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and support internal controls and audit requirements.
• Prepare people insights, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes, employee experience, and culture-building initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in HR operations, HR partnering, or people services.
• Experience with employee lifecycle and case management processes.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, including transactions, reporting, compliance, and employee data management.
• Clear, inclusive written and verbal communication skills for explaining policies and complex information.
• Professionalism, empathy, sound judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to work autonomously with cross-functional partners.
