Talent, Learning Leadership & DIB Intern

Location: CDR (Amsterdam - Cedar), Netherlands; hybrid workhirify.global

Internship allowance: €700 per month based on a 36-hour work week

What you will do

• Research trends and best practices in learnhirify.global, talent management, leadership development, and DIB.
• Analyze internal data to identify trends, needs, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare data-driven presentations and reports for senior leadership, regulatory bodies, audits, and assessments.
• Coordinate learnhirify.global programmes, workshops, leadership interventions, and DIB projects.
• Support leadership events, trainhirify.global sessions, Employee Resource Group events, and the Unknown Talent Programme.
• Collaborate with HR teams and senior stakeholders to deliver strategic and operational initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuhirify.global a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Must be enrolled at a Dutch university, or at an EU university if holdhirify.global an EU passport, throughout the internship.
• Strong interest in learnhirify.global and leadership development.
• Proactive, organized, accurate, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; English required.
• Comfortable workhirify.global with data and digital tools such as Excel and PowerPoint; available for at least six months.
