Construction Project Manager, US

Location: New York, United States; hybrid work with regular site visits.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of new hirify.global centres from due diligence through handover.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and risk.
• Build and coordinate a network of contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Conduct site visits and oversee contractor performance.
• Assess potential sites and manage technical due diligence, tendering, documentation, reporting, and handover.
• Partner with Real Estate, Design, Operations, and Clinical teams and support post-occupancy improvement reviews.

Requirements

• Experience in construction project management, ideally in retail, hospitality, or commercial fit-outs.
• Strong knowledge of US construction, permitting, and building regulations.
• Experience managing contractors, consultants, and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience with project management software.
