Senior Full Stack Engineer

What you will do

• Architect and execute technical integrations for healthcare partners, adapting the platform to their workflows and legacy systems.
• Design secure data pipelines for ingesting clinical data and synchronizing it with AI services.
• Configure and optimize voice and messaging channels across telephony networks to support patient engagement.
• Build and scale production-grade systems across clinical workflows, partner integrations, patient engagement platforms, and core infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and clinical teams to convert partner needs into clear technical execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience shipping production-grade software in modern cloud environments.
• Full-stack experience spanning APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
• Experience handling sensitive data with a security-first mindset and familiarity with industry-standard compliance requirements and data protocols.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts and translating ambiguous partner needs into technical requirements.

Nice to have

• Deep experience with data ingestion, API interoperability, and third-party integrations.
• Practical experience or strong interest in Large Language Models and their production use.
