Site Lead - Dallas (Warehouse Operations)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; onsite warehouse environment. Must be able to work 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure timely, accurate delivery of products and services.
• Manage delivery schedules, routes, picking, packing, routing, and dispatching activities.
• Lead, mentor, train, and evaluate warehouse associates and delivery drivers.
• Manage site P&L, budgets, labor costs, equipment costs, and materials costs.
• Prepare operational reports, analyze KPIs and financial data, and implement improvement plans.
• Maintain customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, health and safety standards, and cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Engineering, Customer Service, and Revenue.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Basic technical skills and ability to learn the hirify.global technology platform.
• Ability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs. numerous times during a shift.
• Independent problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset.

Nice to have

• Education beyond high school or additional employee-management experience.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement experience.
• Experience operating forklifts and other powered industrial lifts.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills.
• Experience with onboarding, hiring, training, and adapting to new technology processes.
