Warehouse Operations Manager

Salary: $90,000–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Take full responsibility for the operational performance and financial results of the New York site, including site P&L.
• Set up the site from the ground up ahead of its target opening in 2026.
• Oversee storage, inventory control, inbound and outbound movements, loading, unloading, and artwork security.
• Lead fine art handling, packing, wooden crating, materials selection, and compliance with client, insurance, and international transport requirements.
• Schedule and optimize a fleet of 3–5 trucks and drivers, balancing warehouse and transport resources.
• Recruit, manage, train, and develop warehouse, driver, and technical teams, with a target organization of approximately 12 people.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management.
• Experience managing teams and supervising managers or team leads.
• Strong technical expertise in fine art handling, packing, crating, and installation.
• Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and WMS/IMS tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, operational rigor, and problem-solving ability.
• Client-oriented approach and experience in high-expectation service environments.
