Location Operations Manager (Logistics)

Location: Elmhurst, Illinois, in the Chicago metro area, United States; onsite at a new location opening in fall 2026

Salary: $68,000–$76,000 per year

What you will do

• Open hirify.global's first Chicago location on time and establish the operational playbook for the new market.
• Own location performance, including occupancy, member satisfaction, revenue targets, budget adherence, labor costs, supplies, and vendors.
• Build, hire, develop, and lead the location team, including performance reviews, coaching, corrective actions, and staffing decisions.
• Drive member retention, lead high-value tours and onboarding conversations, and resolve escalations, billing disputes, and contract issues.
• Build systems and maintain SOPs to meet operational standards, audit execution, and address recurring problems at their root cause.
• Use reporting tools, Pulse, scheduling systems, performance dashboards, and AI to monitor performance and improve daily management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing a physical location or operations environment.
• Experience leading, developing, and holding a team accountable for performance.
• Strong customer and member relationship skills, including handling escalations and difficult conversations.
• Business ownership mindset with comfort managing occupancy, labor costs, margins, budgets, and revenue performance.
• Clear communication, operational problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Comfort using Slack, Rippling, Pulse, operational reporting platforms, and AI tools in daily management work.
