What you will do
- Own strategic accounts as the single point of contact from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
- Advocate for customer needs to influence product development and company strategy.
- Define and track ROI metrics, building dashboards to prove impact quarter over quarter.
- Lead executive conversations, including QBRs and escalations, to prevent churn.
- Identify new use-cases and partner with engineering and sales to expand product adoption.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver measurable value on aggressive timelines.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in essential service businesses such as home services, healthcare, or automotive.
- Background in PE, investment banking, consulting, or industry roles requiring financial modeling and KPI analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL and BI tools to translate data into executive-ready insights.
- Proven track record of managing high-stakes issues and aligning multiple stakeholders.
- Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco.
