Commercial Manager

What you will do

• Lead the drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of contracts for hyperscale data centre projects.
• Drive master services agreement and key supplier negotiations with general contractors and OSE vendors.
• Manage contractual correspondence, variations, claims, and dispute resolution processes.
• Oversee contract governance, approvals, compliance, and documentation of negotiated positions.
• Support purchase order and cost management workflows in line with contractual terms.
• Advise Development, Finance, and delivery teams on contractual matters, commercial risks, and mitigation options.

Requirements

• Experience managing contracts or working in commercial management within complex construction, engineering, or development environments.
• Experience leading contract negotiations and managing commercial and contractual issues across the project lifecycle.
• Certificate or degree in Engineering, Law, Quantity Surveying, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and ability to balance risk allocation, legal robustness, and business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to collaborate across fast-paced projects, cultures, and geographies.
