Senior Contracts Manager

What you will do

• Manage large-scale planned works and refurbishment projects within the property services sector.
• Oversee multiple contracts, sites, and operational teams simultaneously.
• Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Manage procurement, subcontractors, and supply chain engagement.
• Use performance data and reporting systems to inform operational and commercial decisions.
• Build client and stakeholder relationships while maintaining safe project delivery.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working for a refurbishment main contractor.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and experience with subcontractor and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and project tracking and reporting systems.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites required.

Nice to have

• Experience in social housing, planned maintenance, or property services.
• Experience delivering refurbishment programmes for local authorities or housing associations.
• Relevant construction qualifications or professional memberships.
