Contracts Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Remote across Europe, the United Kingdom, or the United States; willingness to travel across project sites required.

Compensation: United Kingdom £100K–£130K; US California $135K–$175K; Europe €115K–€150K, plus potential equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Own contracting strategy across general contractor, package, and vendor agreements.
• Set standard contract forms, flow-downs, and commercial terms across projects.
• Lead major negotiations with procurement and project leadership.
• Provide functional leadership to contracts leads embedded in project teams.
• Build claims avoidance practices, manage disputes, and oversee commercial governance.
• Maintain contracting standards across jurisdictions and develop commercial capability across the delivery organization.

Requirements

• Essential leadership experience on data center or major capital projects.
• Deep experience with construction contracting models and standard forms across international markets.
• Strong record in negotiation and claims management on complex builds.
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and governing to standard.
• Sound commercial judgment under delivery pressure and credibility to lead embedded project teams.
• Willingness to travel across sites.
