  • Knowledge of heat transfer, sensor and actuator selection, fabrication techniques, piping standards, flange interfaces, gasket selection, and process-system integration.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and assembly experience, including weldments under load and process pressure, with a willingness to work directly with physical equipment.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • OnShape modeling experience.
  • Experience with process piping and vessel design in high-temperature or industrial environments.
  • Experience designing operations-facing industrial equipment or working in 24/7 operations.

Culture & Benefits

  • Stock options and employee ownership opportunities.
  • Company-paid employee healthcare premiums with medical, dental, and vision plan options.
  • Employer-funded HSA contributions for eligible HDHP plans and a traditional or Roth 401(k) with a 50% match on contributions up to 6%.
