Hardware Verification Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Seoul, South Korea

What you will do

• Define and implement block, IP, subsystem, and SoC verification plans.
• Build verification test benches and develop functional tests based on verification plans.
• Drive design verification to closure using functional and code coverage metrics.
• Debug, identify root causes, and resolve functional design failures with the Design team.
• Collaborate with Design, Model, Emulation, and Silicon Validation teams to ensure design quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of block, IP, subsystem, or SoC-level verification experience using SystemVerilog and UVM methodologies.
• Experience with EDA tools and scripting languages including Python, TCL, Perl, or Shell.
• Experience architecting and implementing design verification infrastructure and executing the full verification cycle.
• Strong Python programming and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience developing UVM-based verification environments from scratch.
• Experience verifying high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, UCIe, or DDR.
• Experience verifying ARM- or RISC-V-based subsystems or SoCs.
• Experience with Chisel.
