TL;DR
Principal Design Engineer (Precision Analog/Mixed Signal): Leading the development of battery management products and owning analog block design across the full product development cycle with an accent on transistor-level circuits, system requirements, and product qualification. Focus on coordinating analog, digital, and layout development, driving top-level and DFT simulations, and translating system requirements into detailed block specifications.

Location: Phoenix, AZ; Chandler, AZ or Raleigh, NC

What you will do

  • Lead development of advanced battery management products.
  • Coordinate top-level and block-level development across analog, digital, layout, and other technical stakeholders.
  • Translate system-level requirements into detailed block-level operating specifications.
  • Own and drive transistor-level analog design.
  • Drive top-level and DFT simulations.
  • Participate in the full product development cycle from product definition through qualification.

Requirements

  • BSEE or MSEE with 10+ years of experience.
  • Experience in precision analog and mixed-signal circuit design.
  • Familiarity with Cadence Analog and Mixed Signal Tool Suite, JAMA, and GIT.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring products to market successfully.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work at one of the listed US locations: Phoenix, Chandler, or Raleigh.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SystemVerilog or similar modeling languages.
