Principal DFT Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Handle RTL Design for DFT related changes in both Subsystem and Top level Designs.
• Insert and verify MBIST RTL for memories.
• Analyze and fix Scan DRCs in RTL.
• Analyze ATPG reports to improve coverage and generate patterns for ATE.
• Insert TAP, IOs, and Test Pinmux using NXP DFT flows.
• Manage Power Aware RTL/GLS simulation bring-up and regression suites for Non-ATPG and ATPG simulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DFT implementation and verification of scan architectures, JTAG, memory BIST, and ATPG.
• Strong proficiency in Digital Design Concepts and Verilog/VHDL RTL coding.
• Experience with scan insertion, JTAG, ATPG DRC, and coverage analysis.
• Proven ability to debug and root cause problems in simulation failures.
• Must be able to work onsite in Austin, TX.
