Senior Planner

Location: United States; remote-first role

Salary: $115,400–$153,965 per year, plus bonus and meaningful equity.

What you will do

• Own Open-to-Buy planning for assigned departments, managing sales, inventory, margin, and turn targets.
• Maintain forecasts and execute replenishment and order writing so inventory flows according to demand, targets, and capacity constraints.
• Partner with Merchandising on assortment execution and inventory strategies.
• Own vendor forecasts and projections, including regular planning meetings to review flow and risks.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on inbound timing, inventory flow, and near-term execution.
• Monitor weekly performance, prioritize high-volume and high-registered SKUs, and improve planning workflows with data and AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in inventory or merchandise planning, ideally in e-commerce or retail.
• Experience owning Open-to-Buy at department or category level.
• Proficiency in retail math, forecasting, and inventory planning.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to turn data insights into actions.
• Experience with vendor forecasts, projections, communication, and planning systems.
• Strong communication, organization, adaptability, and execution skills in a fast-paced environment.
