Specialist Supply Planning

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada — hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Office: 60 Bloor Street W, Toronto.

Salary: CAD 60,000–85,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Own the full purchase order lifecycle for an assigned category or supplier portfolio, from OTB receipt through accurate placement and delivery.
• Manage supplier constraints, lead times, MOQs, receipt timing, delays, discrepancies, and priority shifts.
• Monitor OTIF metrics, inbound pipelines, excess and obsolete inventory risks, and planning system parameters.
• Prepare open order trackers, inbound reports, OTIF dashboards, KPI inputs, and ad hoc supply analyses.
• Act as the day-to-day operational contact for suppliers, tracking confirmations, deliveries, responsiveness, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Demand Planning, Allocation, and fulfillment center teams on supply execution and process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in supply planning, inventory planning, or procurement, ideally across ecommerce and retail channels.
• Hands-on experience managing the full purchase order lifecycle, including supplier follow-up, lead time management, and receipt reconciliation.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; planning tools or ERP experience is useful.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail when managing high volumes of open orders and supplier interactions.
• Clear communication skills, ownership of an assigned scope, and the ability to identify and summarize issues early.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and a continuous improvement mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in the fashion or jewelry industry.
• Experience with multi-country or multi-channel supply chains.
• Familiarity with S&OP processes and broader business planning cycles.
• Experience with vendor scorecards or supplier performance tracking.
