HVAC Building Maintenance Technician (HVAC)

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global Corporate Office in Arlington, Texas, and the Basswood Data Center in Fort Worth, Texas

What you will do

• Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance on building HVAC equipment.
• Support maintenance, repair, and construction work across corporate office and data center facilities.
• Assist with carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, locksmith, carpet, and mechanical tasks.
• Install and maintain roofs, furniture, fences, cabinets, shelving, boards, and other facility structures.
• Inspect properties, support groundskeeping and cleanup, and keep disposal areas safe and clean.
• Perform custodial duties and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and MSDS records.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in HVAC equipment inspection, maintenance, and repair.
• Ability to perform semiskilled building maintenance, repair, and construction tasks.
• Ability to support basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical, and locksmith work.
• Ability to maintain accurate maintenance records and MSDS documentation.
• Ability to complete weekly safety checks and identify facility hazards.
