What you will do

• Execute reactive maintenance requests including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• Perform routine inspections and scheduled preventive maintenance across community common areas.
• Manage work orders, labor time, and documentation via mobile platforms.
• Coordinate and verify the quality of work performed by external trade partners.
• Maintain professional relationships with community residents, board members, and property managers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tampa, FL.
• 2+ years of experience in residential or commercial maintenance, facilities, or a related trade.
• Working knowledge of at least two trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights in outdoor conditions.
• Proficiency with mobile technology for timekeeping and work order management.

Nice to have

• Experience in HOA, multi-family, or community association environments.
• Trade certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related disciplines.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish).
• Familiarity with CINC or similar property management software.
