Delivery Station Supervisor

Location: Luton, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom; onsite delivery-station operations with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What you will do

• Supervise, train, schedule, and manage the performance of delivery associates and warehouse staff.
• Manage inbound and outbound package flows, including sorting, scanning, loading, and dispatch.
• Track station performance against delivery, handling-efficiency, safety, and quality metrics.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, implement corrective actions, and improve workflow.
• Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate package and equipment records.
• Coordinate with logistics, customer service, management, and external partners while preparing performance reports.

Requirements

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in logistics, warehousing, or delivery operations.
• Strong knowledge of sorting, scanning, dispatching, and warehouse operations.
• Leadership, team-management, communication, and staff-development skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and relevant software.
• Commitment to safety and quality, including knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Nice to have

• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
