Parts and Stock Coordinator (Robotics)

Location: Onsite in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, 5 days a week

What you will do

• Own service parts requests across all regions, including intake, sourcing, fulfilment, and delivery.
• Review engineer work orders and prepare parts kits in advance of site visits.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Production to source and stage parts.
• Manage minimum stock quantity thresholds and replenish critical components.
• Reconcile inventory across storage locations and manage decommissioned parts through testing, grading, resale, service stock, or disposal.
• Coordinate international shipments and track parts costs by robot and work order.

Requirements

• Experience in parts coordination, stock control, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience with inventory management systems such as Katana, MRPEasy, or similar.
• Proactive, organised working style with the ability to plan ahead.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication with technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
• Availability to work onsite in Wallingford five days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in technically complex parts environments such as automotive, aviation, or aerospace.
• Familiarity with MSQ or reorder-point stock management.
• Experience with international shipments or export logistics.
