Senior Accountant (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid work arrangement.

Salary: $109,000–$135,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Run key parts of the five-business-day close, including revenue recognition, reconciliations, variance analysis, and tool-to-ERP integrations.
• Build and improve finance workflows through automations, stronger integrations, and improved controls.
• Own the full-cycle P2P and T&E processes, including vendor management, transaction review, and policy enforcement.
• Manage global contractor and creator payments and maintain transaction integrity across the finance stack.
• Support external audits with clear schedules and process documentation.
• Drive cost-of-revenue and internal AI initiatives while supporting market expansion, systems implementations, and close acceleration.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of accounting or audit experience, including startup, Big Four, or similar experience.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Ability to own the full-cycle P2P process.
• Experience preparing reconciliation schedules and flux analyses.
• Ability to learn modern finance systems quickly and understand end-to-end workflow integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in a globally distributed team or multi-entity environment.
• Experience managing global creator payments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification or active CPA pursuit.
• Experience supporting or conducting external Big Four audits.
