Machine Operator Lead

Location: Greenville, Wisconsin, United States; onsite

Salary: $25.00 per hour plus a $1.00 per-hour shift differential; $1,500 retention bonus after six months of employment. The role may also include a performance-based annual cash incentive targeted at 3% of base pay.

What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the assigned production area, resolving novel problems and guiding operators.
• Operate, set up, and troubleshoot high-precision color presses, automated turret systems, and related converting and finishing equipment.
• Perform ink mixing, color matching, and ISO-compliant quality tests.
• Train new and existing press operators on converting operations and advanced press functions.
• Interpret job documents and support supervisors with workload prioritization, task assignments, and resource alignment.
• Follow safety, PPE, productivity, and quality standards while supporting continuous-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least four years of relevant work experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on experience with narrow-web flex presses.
• Experience operating press, converting, and finishing equipment, including die cutting, laminating, and slitting.
• Ability to perform complex tasks with minimal supervision and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and technical-mentoring skills.
