Die Cutter Operator 2nd Shift (Flexographic Labels)

Location: Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA; on-site, 2nd shift Monday–Thursday, 2:00 p.m.–12:30 a.m.

What you will do

• Set up and operate finishing die-cutting equipment.
• Perform rewind and inspection work on products coming off the presses.
• Inspect finished products against specifications and quality criteria.
• Package finished products according to packaging requirements.
• Assist with finishing equipment setup, monitor the daily shipping list, and communicate progress or problems to the Production Manager.
• Follow safety rules and procedures while maintaining a clean, professional work environment.

Requirements

• Experience working in or comfort with a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with or willingness to operate small machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately, both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
