Senior Product Manager (Robotics)

What you will do

• Define and drive the roadmap for pre-cell software tools, prioritizing initiatives and communicating product direction.
• Own the path planning and slicing platform that converts CAD inputs into robot programs.
• Develop geometric simulation, visualization, collision detection, and toolpath validation capabilities.
• Lead sprint planning, agile development cycles, product requirements, and delivery from discovery through release.
• Conduct user research with process engineers and manufacturing teams to improve workflows and automation.
• Align software development with broader product and manufacturing strategy while partnering with engineering and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience in technical environments.
• Experience delivering complex products from concept through release.
• Ability to define product problems, manage tradeoffs, and drive engineering execution.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams and translating user workflows into product solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a technical discipline, engineering field, or MBA.
• Experience with digital fabrication tools such as 3D printing, CAM systems, or robotics software.
• Experience building computationally complex products involving geometry, path planning, or simulation.
• Familiarity with manufacturing workflows, robotics systems, or advanced fabrication environments.
