Senior Staff Product Manager - Robot Capabilities (Robotics)

Location: Cambridge, MA, United States; up to 25% travel may be required.

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for one or more market verticals or product surfaces, prioritizing across customer sites and use cases.
• Develop a first-hand understanding of customer workflows, environments, and constraints, and translate them into clear product requirements.
• Partner with engineering to prioritize robot capability development against customer deployment timelines.
• Work with field operations and customer success to collect real-world feedback and incorporate it into the engineering roadmap.
• Define customer-centric KPIs that translate business outcomes into measurable criteria.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, ideally in robotics, hardware, or other physical or autonomous systems.
• Strong technical fluency and quantitative instincts, with experience using data to drive prioritization decisions.
• Ability to translate ambiguous, real-world customer requirements into clear product direction.
• Track record of shipping technically complex, hardware-dependent products.
• Excellent cross-functional communication across engineering, field operations, and go-to-market teams.
