Principal Product Manager (AI/ML)

Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid model requiring 3 days per week in the office.

Salary: $193,500 per year in New York.

What you will do

• Own the hirify.global Create product roadmap from concept through launch and ship an MVP enabling creators to launch a restaurant in under 15 minutes.
• Define creator-focused product solutions for branded packaging personalization, custom sauce formulations, and dynamic menu pricing.
• Partner with AI engineering, robotics, culinary operations, design, and engineering teams to translate AI-generated concepts into reliable robotic-kitchen production.
• Define creator discovery, pricing optimization, earnings transparency, quality feedback, and platform fee mechanics.
• Establish metrics frameworks, run experiments, and use analytics to improve product-market fit and business performance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer technology, marketplace platforms, or creator economy products.
• Experience shipping 0-to-1 products that reached meaningful scale.
• Strong technical fluency for partnering with AI/ML and robotics engineers.
• Experience designing AI-powered workflows that make complex capabilities simple for users.
• Experience defining and validating business models, unit economics, metrics, and experiments.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, operations, and business teams in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
