Business Analyst (Information Security)

Salary: $91,000–$136,240 USD annually

What you will do

• Define, develop, and implement technology controls and information security policies, programs, and tools.
• Assess security and technology risks, identify control gaps, and recommend mitigation solutions.
• Participate in complex, comprehensive, and large-scale projects and initiatives.
• Prepare complex reporting, analysis, and assessments for functional, business-line, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Act as an expert resource for project teams, business groups, and external vendors on technology controls, security, and risk.
• Gather and document business requirements while coordinating across stakeholder groups.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Expert knowledge of IT security and risk disciplines and practices.
• Experience creating professional business and technical documentation.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong organizational, project coordination, collaboration, and relationship-building capabilities.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Information security certification or accreditation.
• Experience presenting to external clients, vendors, or business partners.
