TA Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for operational and specialized roles in engineering, R&D, IC design, process development, and manufacturing.
• Support data-driven talent acquisition strategies across technical and business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, shape recruitment strategies, and support informed hiring decisions.
• Improve recruitment processes, tools, and documentation using data and AI.
• Collaborate with the People team on recruitment, onboarding, and the wider employee lifecycle.
• Monitor semiconductor hiring trends, talent markets, and competitor activity.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or approximately 2–3 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
• Approximately 2–3 years of recruiting experience in the semiconductor, photonics, robotics, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Experience identifying, engaging, and building relationships with technical talent.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in using data and hiring metrics to improve recruitment processes.
• Fluency in English and German, written and spoken, is required.
