What you will do

• Plan and schedule site infrastructure projects covering site work, buildings, utilities, and tooling.
• Develop and maintain Basis of Schedule documentation covering scope, execution strategy, assumptions, exclusions, and risks.
• Lead planning from conceptual development through detailed execution scheduling with engineering, procurement, estimating, and construction stakeholders.
• Build resource-loaded schedules in Oracle Primavera P6, validate contractor durations, and ensure complete scope coverage.
• Identify schedule risks, develop contingencies, and track and report project performance against production milestones.
• Develop scheduling systems, processes, templates, metrics, benchmarks, and ad-hoc schedule studies to support project decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction planning and scheduling experience, preferably in industrial or high-tech industries.
• 5+ years of advanced Oracle Primavera P6 experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction means and methods across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
• Strong understanding of planning and CPM scheduling for multi-billion-dollar facilities, including WBS setup, calendar creation, and activity coding.
• Experience leading planning and progressing meetings and managing internal and external scheduling resources.
• Experience with Aconex, Oracle Unifier, Bluebeam, CAD, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
