Sr. Reliability and Durability Testing Engineer (EV Battery)

What you will do

• Develop high-voltage battery testing processes across different project stages.
• Define internal and external testing equipment and facility requirements.
• Define and develop testing methods for battery cells, modules, and packs.
• Establish the scope of mechanical, thermal, and electrical testing.
• Synchronize and support vehicle testing activities.
• Coordinate engineering service suppliers and report to the Senior Manager of HV Battery.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive, OEM, supplier, or battery manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of battery system design, electrochemistry, BMS, and homologation.
• Self-organized, solution-oriented, and communicative working style.
• Master’s degree or PhD.
