Senior Business Operations Specialist (Supply Chain Analytics)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with work from home two days a week

Salary: $93,386–$128,407 annual base salary, plus potential medical, retirement, and other company-sponsored benefits

What you will do

• Design, configure, implement, and test end-to-end supply chain planning solutions on the o9 platform.
• Lead business requirements sessions, document target processes, and translate business logic into functional and technical designs.
• Collect and analyze sales, shipment, inventory, logistics, and other supply chain data from databases, spreadsheets, emails, and related sources.
• Build complex datasets, perform ETL, develop forecasts and operational plans, and apply statistical, optimization, simulation, and predictive methods.
• Create testing protocols and test cases, document issues, coordinate fixes with research and development teams, and support test automation.
• Train global super users and end users, collaborate with client and cross-functional stakeholders, and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements

• Experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in supply chain or logistics.
• Experience with the full lifecycle of enterprise implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design and development, UAT/SIT, go-live or cutover, and value realization.
• Master’s degree with at least one year of experience, or bachelor’s degree with at least three years of experience; relevant fields include operations research, industrial engineering, engineering management, and business analytics.
• Required knowledge of spreadsheets and productivity tools, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Required database knowledge and SQL skills, including SQL Server, MySQL, SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar technologies.
• Experience with agile delivery, large-scale enterprise implementations, statistical analysis, data mining, and processing large datasets.

Nice to have

• Statistical, optimization, and simulation experience with R, SAS, CPLEX, or similar tools.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to prioritize high-value opportunities and major risks.
