Operations Analyst

Location: Santa Ana, California, United States; onsite at least 3 days per week

Salary: $62,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Work with Operations teams to understand their needs and build supporting reports and analyses.
• Translate stakeholder questions and business requirements into actionable reporting.
• Build and maintain clear, robust dashboards and reports for non-technical audiences.
• Support Customer Relations with analysis of call center performance, customer trends, and service quality.
• Analyze resourcing, throughput, and operational performance using data from internal systems.
• Train team members on data tools and analytical best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations or business analytics
• Understanding of data best practices, visualization, and reporting
• Strong proficiency with SQL
• Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Excel
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and work independently
• Ability to work legally in the United States; employment verification is conducted through e-Verify

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in operations or business analytics
• Experience supporting operations or customer-facing teams
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Salesforce, Lightdash, Tableau, or Looker
• Call center reporting or ticketing and case management experience
• Experience training others on data tools
• Experience using AI to analyze data and create documents, presentations, graphs, or dashboards

Hiring process
