POS Technician (Federal Capital Territory)

Location: FCT, Nigeria; candidates must be resident in FCT Abuja

What you will do

• Repair, support, and maintain POS terminals, mPOS devices, and kiosks running on Linux and Android.
• Manage the end-to-end repair process in collaboration with the hardware department.
• Provide second-level support for hardware-related issues.
• Coordinate terminal repair centers across the distribution network.
• Complete additional duties assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related role.
• Technical ability to repair PAX, Aisino, Smartpeck, and Topwise terminals.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication, interpersonal, relationship, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Proficient English and residence in FCT Abuja are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in the agency banking business.
• Self-driven approach, initiative, and ability to work with limited supervision.
