TL;DR
RSES-D (HSE/Construction Coordination): Leading site safety, construction, SIMOPS, contractor coordination, and progress control for onshore pipeline and SURF project packages with an accent on risk management, permit-to-work governance, and operational interfaces. Focus on coordinating construction, commissioning, production, and engineering activities, controlling contractor performance, and reporting quality, budget, and schedule deviations.

Company
is recruiting for an E&P client involved in pipeline, construction, commissioning, and production activities.
What you will do
- Exercise delegated RSES authority and ensure safe execution within the assigned perimeter.
- Coordinate construction, commissioning, production, engineering, procurement, and site activities under SIMOPS conditions.
- Lead contractor and project teams across IMA project packages and act as the Project Manager’s on-site representative.
- Manage permit-to-work activities, risk controls, emergency coordination, security assessments, and temporary construction camp operations.
- Monitor physical progress, manpower, execution hours, schedule performance, and contractor reporting.
- Prepare weekly and final reports and ensure project documentation supports quality, schedule, budget, and invoicing controls.
Requirements
- Proven experience in brownfield and SIMOPS projects.
- Strong HSE leadership and authority in complex operational environments.
- Experience with progress reporting and construction coordination.
- Good understanding of engineering documentation and technical deviations.
- Strong coordination, interface management, prioritization, and operational risk assessment skills.
- Ability to work on site in Nigeria, including Port Harcourt and Bonny.
