Senior Director, Supply Chain (Biotech)

Location: Bridgewater, New Jersey; on-site

Salary: $90,000–$250,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain organization supporting autologous and allogeneic cell therapy manufacturing and product release.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies and processes for GMP production planning, warehousing, distribution, materials management, and inventory control.
• Establish global S&OP processes covering multiple products, clients, and manufacturing sites.
• Oversee sourcing, procurement, ERP selection and implementation, and the supply chain systems roadmap.
• Build logistics, scheduling, tracking, capacity management, Chain of Custody, and Chain of Identity processes from apheresis collection through infusion.
• Drive compliance, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across the manufacturing network.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, life science, engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in a cGMP biotech or biopharma environment, including 10 years supporting Supply Chain.
• 5+ years of leadership experience and 5+ years supporting ERP systems.
• Experience with operational excellence and/or Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and change leadership skills.
• Must work on-site in Bridgewater, New Jersey.

• Cell or gene therapy experience.
• CDMO experience.
