Vice President, Engineering Engagement

Location: Palo Alto, California, United States of America

Salary: $320,000–$350,000 USD annually, plus potential bonus and/or equity; compensation range applies to United States candidates.

What you will do

• Define and lead the vision and operating model for delivering software and platform engineering capabilities as internal services.
• Build and develop a high-performing Engineering Engagement and technical product leadership organization.
• Establish the single front door for service requests between the CTO, Software organization and hirify.global business units.
• Own stakeholder relationships and service delivery from intake and prioritization through delivery, adoption, and ongoing success.
• Develop service delivery frameworks covering service-level objectives, contract management, governance, escalation, and issue resolution.
• Lead product management, portfolio prioritization, customer success metrics, onboarding, training, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Current or prior experience operating at the VP level in an established company.
• 15+ years of relevant technology and/or product management experience.
• Preferably 8+ years of people management experience and 4+ years of product management experience.
• Experience supporting capabilities used by millions of users or offerings worth $100M+.
• Success defining and implementing software or platform engineering service delivery models for multiple internal stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of technology, software, and AI ecosystems, with exceptional executive communication and collaboration skills.
