Salary: $261,900 – $458,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead a large, globally distributed engineering organization, providing mentorship and succession planning.
• Oversee the implementation and support of mission-critical gateway and access platforms with expectations of zero downtime.
• Define the long-term strategy and architecture for next-generation access systems aligned with OVN modernization.
• Integrate AI and automation to accelerate delivery and improve operational resilience.
• Partner with Technology, Product, and Risk & Compliance teams at the senior executive level.
• Ensure a total quality mindset through scalable processes, tooling, and metrics.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience (Bachelor's) or 10+ (Advanced degree).
• 10+ years of software engineering management experience leading cross-geographical teams.
• Must be a US applicant.
• Expertise in open systems and technologies such as Linux, TCP/IP, Java, and distributed systems.
• Proven track record in high-availability platforms (99.999% availability) and payments or regulated environments.

Nice to have

• 15+ years of software engineering experience.
• Production-grade experience using AI to improve engineering productivity.
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
