What you will do

• Define and drive business vision and strategy for developer software products.
• Lead and nurture engineering teams across multiple projects and locations.
• Partner with internal hardware and software teams to prioritize requirements and deliver high-value solutions.
• Challenge existing engineering structures and drive organizational alignment around impactful goals.
• Mentor engineers and architects to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
• Ensure consistent, efficient, and user-loved product delivery through iterative processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and eligible to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 15+ years of professional experience, including 10+ years in software engineering leadership.
• 5+ years of demonstrated technical ability in system profiling, performance analysis, debugger engineering, or compiler development.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Must consent to and pass an extended Background Investigation as a Position of Trust.

• Deep understanding of AI/HPC and open-source ecosystems.
• Working experience in machine learning and next-generation technology development.
