Korea Sales Manager- Chemistries & Supplies Div

Location: Remote in South Korea, based in Seoul

Sales organization supporting the Chemistries & Supplies Division in Korea.

What you will do

• Own overall sales operations, strategies, forecasts, and results for the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement sales policies, programs, and strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage customer relationships and drive Korea business growth year over year.
• Set short- and long-term sales goals and quotas.
• Drive an omnichannel strategy, maximize new product sales, and acquire new customers in Korea.
• Staff and train the sales force while coordinating sales activities across the territory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Directly relevant professional experience.
• Typically 1–2 years of formal or informal experience leading people, projects, and/or programs.
• Availability to work remotely from South Korea, with the role located in Seoul.
