Sales Back Office Associate (Salesforce)

Location: Seoul, South Korea; hybrid work model with in-person collaboration, remote work, and flexible working hours.

What you will do

• Support account and product activation, including email domains, phone numbers, free trials, and test senders.
• Assist with creating and managing user accounts, billing addresses, pricing features, price changes, and route updates.
• Review sender costs and support automatic price updates for customer accounts.
• Handle operational activities such as bulk price updates in Salesforce CPQ.
• Support Partnership teams with new customer creation in Salesforce and account setup in SuperUser.
• Help evaluate internal processes and suggest adjustments that improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Ability to follow established procedures while supporting account and product setup.
• Willingness to learn SuperUser, Salesforce, account administration, pricing, and operational processes.
• Ability to collaborate with Customer Owners, Partnership teams, and customer-facing functions.
