Manager Strategic Partners

Location: Hybrid work setup with a central Seoul office

What you will do

• Manage major partners and their events across exhibitions, music festivals, immersive experiences, attractions, and sports.
• Oversee partner event and project lifecycles, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance.
• Build strategic partner relationships, understand objectives, anticipate needs, and develop solutions.
• Establish KPIs, implement data-driven growth strategies, track performance, and prepare reports.
• Collect partner feedback and turn it into recommendations for product, marketing, and operational improvements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers as the team grows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in project management or management consulting.
• Fluent Korean and English required.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical, organized, solutions-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Strategic thinking, curiosity, high standards, and a collaborative hands-on approach.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Fluency in additional languages.
