What you will do

• Manage biggest partners and their events/projects across verticals like exhibitions, music festivals, immersive experiences, attractions, and sports.
• Oversee full lifecycle of partner events/projects, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Build strategic relationships, act as trusted advisor, anticipate needs, and develop solutions aligned with hirify.global's mission.
• Drive performance via KPIs, data-driven strategies, regular reporting, and feedback for product/marketing improvements.
• Grow into team manager, mentor Project Managers, foster collaboration, and gain 360-degree knowledge of hirify.global teams/processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years in project management or management consulting
• Fluent in Korean and English (must)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with proven relationship-building track record
• Analytical, organized, solutions-oriented; handle multiple work-streams
• Strategic thinking for partnerships and data leverage; collaborative and hands-on
